I agree Adrian, but unfortunately I can't make the question un-answered. It isn't answered to my satisfaction, the support for PDF does not include all I need from SVG. If PDF did it, or I could convert to SWF in one step with free (OSS) software, that would be OK. Have you created a new "idea?"

I have Songbird 1.2.0, Build 1146 (20090616030052) from the ubuntu-mozilla-daily ppa on Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic, 64-bit) and I've installed the ipod add-on to use my 2g nano as I used to on Jaunty. When I plug the ipod in, it's mounted correctly in nautilus and found by Rhythmbox but never shows up on the left pane in Songbird, as if the ipod add-on is not installed.

I use su.pr to shorten URLs and track clickthroughs to my blog and other links I share. I would love to do this directly from Brizzly so I can cut out a step in posting them.

I'm another UK teacher - secondary ICT. I have a couple of pupils who practically refuse to use powerpoint any more, after introducing them to Prezi. I've used it to present A-level and GCSE theory and I'm trying out some stuff with younger pupils.

I use Inkscape to make svg and pdf with drop-shadow - perhaps that's the point to look at. I use blur on shapes to make the shadows - it works in Adobe Reader but not imported to Prezi.

Can you add svg to the file types that can be imported - pdf is good and all, but it doesn't do all I want to for vector imports
