Main window not opening after being closed

Hi, Ever since a few updates, can't really remember when it started but when I close the main window with the red button, it's impossible to get it to open again later. I have to quit and relaunch. Its not a major bug, once I remember this behavior I minimize instead of closing, but wanted to let you know this little bug.

HUD for additional sites ?

Are you planning to support more sites than just PS and FTP with HUD ? I want to open accounts on other sites where I could get some rakeback as PS and FTP don't accept rake back bonuses for existing accounts.

When playing PS turneys, the HUD wont work. All I have is the the HUD disabled label in the title bar ?
I am running Snow Leopard on a MacBook Pro unibody 1st series.

Feature Request

It would be great if you could implement following stats:
fold / call / raise for every street.
This can be helpful when you start collecting a good amount of hands on vilains. And I believe it shouldn't be too difficult to implement.

On table HUD on PS new VPP tables broken with 1.78 version

I downloaded the new 1.78 version but the on table HUD doesn't work on PS new VPP tables. Tried all the solutions from previous HUD threads, nothing works. The classic HUD only does work. Can you fix that ?
