Text is missing between the "less then" (<) and "greater then" (>) signs :(

Text is missing between the "less then" (<) and "greater then" (>) signs. My girlfriend just informed me that the text is missing between these brackets... is the original still data around or is it stripped and gone forever? :(

How about an email that goes out to the ones that are archiving their texts to their email when there is a service outage? I auto archive all text messages that come into my phone to TMT and then it forwards to my email which is set to auto archive on receiving. So I don't really actually know if it's working in the moment. But if I got an email a few hours/days later saying that there was an outage I'd be able to resend the messages. I very rarely visit the TMT page where they come in.

Basically I was wanting to add companies to my "Your Companies & Products" page. There was nothing that stated, "To add companies or products to this page, please rate them." or something similar. Seems like a duh thing in retrospect (I should have know this but it did take me a few minutes of poking around to figure that out). The "Email Archiving" option doesn't seem to be working now to my Gmail account. It was working and seems to have stopped toward the end of January.
