Favicon disappears

Hi i have an error with the favicon now sice 5 days i sended various messages to the support zocku but i don't get an answer about this till now!

From one moment to other my icon was away, but in the admin center i can see it, but not delete it or add another. there's no way to delete add or see it in the browser anyone can help please? urgent.

If i open my network with IE 8 the page isn't displaying well all menu taps are on the end f the page insted of the beginning of the page, but with firefox 3 all is displying well, what cn be the problem with IE 8? look attachment
