Actually, Voice Blog Comment Screening is different from Voice Comment Screening.

Voice Comment Screening is for messages coming into your Voice Player, or your Inbox.

Voice Blog Comment Screening is for comments on blog posts. If you set this, those comments will not be visible until you approve them.
