Giving time frames in months was probably misleading because of other things we were working on at the same time.
To break it down by hours:
ERD- 40 hours
AppPro/TypeLib's/StyleProj/ResourcePro- about 900 hours
Image/Graphical resources - 40 hours
If you let me know why you're interested in this information I may be able to answer your underlining question more directly.

We first began talking about the database schema for Widelens in October of 2007. Development started serious in Novemeber 2007 with myself and another engineer. By February of 2008 we had major pieces of the app together, with connectivity to Exchange, Facebook, Google, iCal, and Salesforce. I don't have specific timelines for each piece, but I recall it taking a week or so for a developer to do each connector.
We were also re-factoring our design to be more flexible and elegant during this time as well. I added in account creation, authentication, account recovery, etc... soon afterwords. In March and April we worked on a recurrence engine to help with reoccurring appointments as well as a caching engine.
After April the development on Widelens slowed down to bug fixes.
I hope this answers your question.
