Indeed, just tested and it works in twitterific. I will add a unit test for it as well.

This is fixed, we added a new "Title Only" option checkbox under each feed. Just check it and you should be all set.

I just want to point out the issue was with CGI::unescapeHTML, it wasn't catching the ' html entity.

To be honest, we took longer than I wanted to fix this, but it turned out to be minor in both the fix and the impact (just the ' in my testing).

I don't mind working through it here.

The issue I see is that yesterday (the top pic) was showing a steady straight line on the middle of the graph... This is statically impossible and didn't reflect the timings shown on the dashboard.

Today I am seeing all zero's per the second picture I posted, across the board, and older views/stats seem to be all zero now.

This account was working fine a few days ago, and is an EY account.

My other accounts (non-EY) are all working and reporting fine.

Our stats are showing all zero's today when I try to pull up any data. Yesterday they were all showing level lines in the middle of the graphs, something is wrong.

Can you give me a pastie of the html entity output you see? I don't use twitterific, so this isn't really an issue I can see.

We use the Ruby HTML Entities gem to convert everything, so having what you typed and what you saw would help me test in irb and to write some specs.

What kind of error output are you looking for? Our service is built using Ruby and the bots actually run in a daemon that is separate from the website. I don't think Ruby Stack Traces would do you much good.

I will look into this feed issue and get back to you shortly.

I found a bug with our feed parsing, it had to do with a lack of datetime stamps on your rss feed.

You should see updates working now.
