None of my feeds are updatingNone of my feeds have updated for more than 2 weeks. I have a Flickr, Delicious, & Twitter feeds set up, all accounts have regular activity, but none of that activity displays on Tumblr any more. Help.

Bummer. And I just learned that Twitter doesn't actually support OAuth yet, that was news to me.

OAuthDoesn't Twitter support OAuth? I'm always reluctant to enter Service Provider account info into 3rd party sites -- if Mr Tweet used OAuth to handle Following, I'd use the Mr. Tweet GUI to follow new people. Since it doesn't I'll probably do it manually on the Twitter site. (And Mr. Tweet misses out on some data as a result.)

Makes sense. But it also seems like a good opportunity to provide users with some information in the form of an auto-reply; some sort of guidance, since in the absence of clear support guidance some people are likely to send Hail Marys to support@. It's nice to see there's some Beatport representation on this site. I also had problems with my Beatport account, went through rounds of emailing resetpassword@, with most of my emails going unanswered and without the problem ever being resolved. I ended up creating a new account with a different email address. It was horrible customer experience, but I was still willing to shop.
After my experience with the customer survey today though, I'll be trying some of the other services listed in this thread.

The "10 Free Songs" Beatport promises for completing a customer survey is really just a 2 year old promotional tracksLook Beatport -- when you're asking people to provide you with data to help run your business, and in exchange you promise "10 Free Songs", you end up:
1) Looking really lame because instead of giving away credits you're giving away a 2 year old set of promotional material
2) Looking dishonest because another way to describe the above scenario is "bait and switch" -- it's a lot like lying
3) Pissing me off enough to write about the experience on GetSatisfaction

Wow, GetSatisfaction rocks. I'm having the same problem -- sent emails to Support@, Returns@ and even Jason@ from the Contact Us page, but not a peep back. I'm glad to see DBH has been getting back to people, though.
I love their stuff enough to be a patient, with my fingers crossed that they work through whatever kinks they're having.-
