I really hope that includes adding ping.fm support ;) – Josh Hofer, on January 23, 2009 20:28

My pleasure, Ed! I really hope you guys truly entertain the possibility.
At this moment, there is only one app in the store that integrates ping.fm. It's called Nambu (http://appshopper.com/social-networki...). So the way I see it, adding it to the already Twitter/micro-blogging leading application would put you guys light-years ahead of any competition.
And just so you know, I posted on ping.fm's getsatisfaction.com site about this same topic (http://getsatisfaction.com/pingfm/top...)!

Working with Tapulous' Twinkle on the iPhone.Hey guys... I just posted a topic over with Tapulous about getting you and them linked together... view it here: http://getsatisfaction.com/tapulous/t...
In short, I would LOVE to see Twinkle (http://www.tapulous.com/twinkle) add ping.fm to their iPhone application. It would be the best union of services, without a doubt.
If you aren't already aware of what Twinkle is, click that link above... it's a Twitter client and a location aware micro-blogging service. To have the ping.fm API mixed in with Twinkle would be outstanding.
I am going to try, with this, to open up the lines of communication between ping.fm and Tapulous... with the hopes that you guys do the rest and work out something amazing!

Add API for ping.fm in Twinkle, READ ME! ;)Something that really should be done for Twinkle is adding support for ping.fm! This will be something that would REALLY put the Twinkle app over the edge of all the other Twitter app in the store right now.
For people that don't know about ping.fm (www.ping.fm) it is a wonderful service. It allows you to sync your social networking life to pretty much EVERY service out there. Some examples of what networks, are... just to name a handful: Twitter, tumblr, Myspace, identi.ca, hi5, pownce, livejournal, yahoo, friendster, del.icio.us, xanga, blog, friendfeed, linkedin, flickr, facebook, yammer... etc, etc, view their site for a FULL list.
But anyway, to have Twinkle linked up to that, would be true perfection.
Make it happen Tapulous, pleaseeee! I am going to try to open up the lines of communication between Tapulous and ping.fm ;)

I am looking for a way to help ngmoco!I have to say, I am amazed with the work you guys are doing on the iPhone. I own everything you guys have in the app store currently, huge fan. I have to thank Kevin Rose for introducing me Topple via his Twitter a few months ago haha
Anyway, I read that you have 14 games in development and saw the two videos you posted of Dr. Awesome and Dropship. Thought you might need a beta tester or two! If you guys have room for another one, please let me know! I would love to help out.
This probably sounds super lame fanboy style, but whatever!

Ah HA. I just read on the developers blog that there will be two versions of this app, and I quote:
"One of the advantages here for users is that there will be choice. There will ultimately be two versions of Tweetsville. The first will be a paid version currently slated for $3.99. The second will come a few weeks later and will be a free ad-supported version."

Apparently this guy is back working with Apple so has given the project of Tweetsville to Tapulous. Apple doesn't allow you to have side project when you work for them. Good move Ed Voas!
