Justin,
Thank you very much for the idea.
We're have been working to find a good solution to making this as intuitive as possible. We aren't quick to add customization options until we're positive that the way we implement them is easy and simple to understand.
We have pinpointed some thoughts on this idea and how we might be able to have it work. The idea consists of a view dialog that has check boxes with a group of columns that are available.
We will try to experiment with this concept in development and hopefully release it as soon as we can.
As apart of a temporary solution - we could simply add Phone: to the list of elements viewable in this area if that would satisfy you.
Thank you for your added assistance in testing our system.

Justin,
It appears the problem is specific to Internet Explorer 7 compatibility.
We're working on making our application more cross browser friendly at the moment.
If you have the Firefox browser, or Safari should work too.
I would try one of those.
You can acquire Firefox by visiting http://www.getfirefox.com/
or Safari by visiting http://apple.com/
I hope this helps!

M3,
Thank you for the response. I'm assuming nobody has been let know of this problem but it's very wide spread. The fact that everyone I've spoken too is having the same intermittent problems with their system and they are all brand new right out of the box consoles and discs.
If I send my console off, and it comes back and has the same problem because they replaced the parts with the same parts they manufacture them with, how am I ever going to get this fixed?

Here is a link to a thread that has a fairly consistent issue:
http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/t...
I have tried a number of the trouble shooting ideas. Replaced the game and everything.
Brand new Xbox 360 Arcade and brand new GoW2 and it still does it.
It's intermittent and this needs to be resolved.
I feel like Microsoft or whomever is trying to cover it up or at least not address the issue as it stands. It's so obvious it's a problem with the systems capabilities to read the discs quickly or accurately.
I was going to send my xbox 360 away for repair for 2-3 weeks but I seriously don't think it's "broken" or needs "fixed" per say as much as the manufacturers just didn't build them correctly.

Joshua replied on January 23, 2009 19:45 to the problem "Chrrch with Frames in IE" in Remote-App:
Justin,
Very sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
We honestly haven't tested this type of usage of our application.
We obviously strive to provide a cross browser compatible service. I'm not sure I have yet identified the issue but will keep you posted as we continue to look into it.
Also, we highly recommend usage of the Firefox browser due to speed, compatibilities, and functionality. We will continue to look into these issues related to the Internet Explorer browser. Please ensure all people accessing our system has the latest version of Internet Explorer 7.
Sincerely,
Joshua F. Rountree

Thank you for bringing this up!
However, we do have a basic check-in and check-out feature under groups already.
1.) Create an Event on your Calendar
2.) Click the event.
3.) On the right, find "Record Attendance"
This will give you a list of the members of the group, and you can check them in.
It is basic, but it does work!
Hope this helps, we'll be adding features to it soon!
