Sorry for the trouble! You've hit on a couple issues that we're currently working to address.

In regards to the 'maximum songs' question, you can upload as many songs as you want, and it normally takes 1-12 hours for the songs to appear online. If you haven't seen them come online in the next day or so, please shoot an email to artists@grooveshark.com.

On the subject of 'Pending' songs, all you have to do is approve the songs that are actually yours and disapprove the ones which aren't.

We're also working to correct the folder selection issue in order to allow you to select songs as well. Keep on eye on this in the next several weeks as it's fixed.

I'm happy to see you'd like to create accounts for your label's bands and get their content online!

At this time, it's best for you to create an individual account for each band. We're going to be creating label groupings in due time so that you'll be able to associate multiple acts with a single label, so please sit tight until we release that functionality.
