Josh, I found Vidoop always quite responsive, you may want to try and post on their getsatisfaction forum at http://getsatisfaction.com/vidoop, or contact them on twitter (they are at http://twitter.com/vidoop).

If you really can't get this solved with them, you could contact me directly (mario at menti dot net) if you want to use a different OpenID provider. In that case, I would need your twitter username and password (to confirm you own the account), and the new OpenID URL you're using.

I'm having this problem as well. I foolishly registered my Twitterfeed with myVidoop. Now myVidoop refuses to let me in, won't send me emails to reset my account or respond to any of my queries or complaints... and I can't turn the Twitterfeed off which keeps feeing into my Twitter. Help!

Here's what happens when I try to log in with myVidoop:

I registered and everything was fine, I was using the login. No problem.

Then I closed my browser and tried to log back in later. Now I get a popup saying " We noticed you are logging in from an unactivated browser" and telling me that I have to activate the browser (again, I already did this once), and the ONLY option to do that is to have them send me an email. So I click send the email.... and have received no email. The first time I tried was 6 hours ago. No email. I've tried again. No email. Again. No email.

So basically, I can't log in and I don't get this activation email at all. What do I do?

We are recovering from a nasty database crash, which is taking a long time to recover from, so the service will be down for some time longer. Sorry about this, I'll update the above thread once things look healthier again.

Incidentally, re-jailbreaking my phone unbricked it but it doesn't seem to be getting a signal. I basically have an iPod touch now. Thanks, Apple.

ok, that was weird, so I get a pcture of the Iphone in my devices window and then a picture of a broken chain on the side of it. Anyone know what that was all about?

You would think that Apple would have planned for the additional server load today. This seems like something that Microsoft would do. L for love!

That little Gem means you still have at least another 45 minutes of clicking back and forth to go before the iTunes store authenticates your download. Enjoy!

yep, the click on and off the iphone item worked (hit OK to the error message every time, once you don't get the error message from iTunes store, you're all good!). only took about 10 cycles as of 11:10 am eastern

I'm on the -9838 error train too. I'm tired of clicking back and forth so I'm venting :)

No confusion here. I am waiting on the server, my phone updated fine. Sorry to hear your having errors. Like I said, I dont understand why Apple didnt plan better for this.
