The problem ended up being a configuration error. After putting in the Anti-SPAM filter I needed to put in a smart host to relay the outgoing mail from my exchange server to the filter. My MX record was pointing to one IP and my Exchange server was using a different IP. By setting the exchange server to relay through the filter my outgoing email now shows the correct IP address to correspond with the MX record.
If you are having problems sending email to comcast.net I recomend that you send an email to a test account outside your normal email server's domain, and send it a test message. Look at the test message's header and see what IP address your email is originating at. If it is not the same IP as your MX record you will have problems, and need to figure out why it is not the correct IP.

Comcast.net blocking Emails with no way to resolve issueI work for a company that is trying to send legitimate communications through email to people that use Comcast.net. We have used their RBL removal form and have been told that we are not listed on that. We have signed up for their Feedback Loop service and are getting nothing from that as well. We have a static IP address that is soley ours. Our server is not an open relay. It sits behind an Anti-SPAM filter that checks inbound and outbound traffic. Checking the outbound traffic prevents SPAMMERs from sending email using a spoofed email address. I am at my wits end trying to figure out what we need to do to be able to send email to Comcast.net. Also are senderscore is listed as 75. Any help we could get resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
