30 days instead of just 15 to return or exchange orders.
Longer ammount of time to determine whether your tv is going to last. Some sites allow a 30 day period for this & a hassle free exchange or refund on your order. This site only allows 15 days to do so. I truly believe they should change this to 30 days.
