Yay!
I bet she notices when she opens it. Also you might want to bookmark some of these links at the bottom of this post, so she doesn't call you for help. ;)

Hi folks.
While we did indeed pinpoint where this was happening the last time it did, it seems we hadn't completely solved the issue. I'm working on it now while Sandy is chewing through, catching up on those reminders and daily digests that didn't make it through the queue earlier today.
I'm terribly sorry for the interruption of service and will post with further updates shortly.

Hi again.
We've finally pinpointed just when this happened and found the commonality with the last time this happened a couple of weeks ago. With that in hand, we'll be making sure it doesn't happen again.
In the meantime, Sandy is back in the saddle and reminders are working once again.
I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Hi Thunderboy,
Sandy appears to have had some trouble sending some reminders and digests again.
She's chewing through them all now and will be caught up very shortly.
I'm not sure why this happened (it doesn't appear to be the same problem as last time) but I'm looking into it and will post a follow-up as soon as I know more.

I've used this site. The output is clean to makes up links for headings. Not sure about existing links: http://www.documentsfortheweb.com/free

Sorry about that. We do strip all the stuff out of a paste mostly because many posts on websites and in word processors will "break" a pbwiki page.
There are other ways to deal with using Word in a website. See these articles for more info about cleaning up Word docs for web publishing.

Judi asked a question in PBwiki on June 24, 2008 20:44:
How do you bring Word files into PBWiki 2?I have about 50 multi-page MS Word files that I need to bring in to PBwiki 2, retaining links and basic formatting. I am surprised that there appears to be no way to do this?!? I'm hoping that someone will tell me that there's something I missed.
I've tried copy/paste, but none of the formatting is retained and it takes way too long to create bulleted lists, redo hyperlinks, add bold text, etc. I've tried exporting the Word file to HTML, but I get all the Word garbage.
Perhaps someone can point me to a utility that will take a Word file and return clean HTML I can paste into PBWiki? I can't be the only one with this problem.
