Actually Amy, the question is not entirely answered. This statement from the Features and Benefits page (http://getsatisfaction.com/features) raised the same question for me:

"How do you calculate unique customers?
Individuals who visit your customer community in Get Satisfaction are tracked by a cookie. In any given month, each customer will be counted only once toward your limit, even if they view many topics over multiple sessions."

Track "Follow Up" Items with other team members

I'd like to suggest the addition of a "Follow Up" collection type in addition to To Dos, Notes and Shopping List. As a manager I am responsible for a lot of follow up with people. I want to track these items, but I don't want them in my To Dos.

Along the same lines, then, in the locations I'd suggest adding a "with" keyword to be able to assign a context of a meeting with someone. The context could still be a location.

I've upgraded to pro but the eyes free recording feature does not work. Screen goes dark but recording does not begin. Also cannot see how to create custom folders.

I'd like to put my support in for AppleScript. Postbox is nice, but I too just get that polished T-Bird feeling. I really need AppleScript to make my workflow with email.

Personally, I get most of my to do items in the form of an email message. Since email clients are notoriously poor places to manage tasks, the tasks need to be moved to a better place like OmniFocus or Things. This is where AppleScript becomes critical.

Apple Mail is problematic and slow. Postbox/T-Bird is really fast but I lose any efficiency gains by having to retype tasks that come to me in an email.

Need to have permissions on all projects

There needs to be a super-super user (manager) that can access all projects. Currently as the manager, I can only access the projects on which I've been assigned something.

Alternatively this could be handled by the ability to automatically add some users to all projects.

As the manager, I would like to have the option of showing the activity on all the projects on the dashboard. I would especially like to see all the items that are approaching or late.

The BaseCamp does this but their implementation is a bit overwhelming when there are many open projects.
