For the past two months Verizon has charged me for a business package it alleges to have installed on my home phone, which it claims is a business line located at a location which is not my apartment. This despite the fact that I have had the same number at the same place for 18 years. I have spoken with at least a dozen service representatives none of whom have corrected the problem despite lying to me and claiming the problem has been corrected. The charge amounts to approximately $500 more than my average monthly bill.
