A comment on the question "Why can't I confirm, despite following link to do so?" in LinkedIn:
I have the same problem but switching browsers does not work for me. I have tried Mozilla Firefox, IE8 and most recently Google Chrome. In addition to not letting me confirm my email address, LinkedIn will not go to any secure area of the website (e.g. Account and Settings) and will not let me upload a profile photo. I really want to use LinkedIn but I'm losing patience. – Judith A, on September 07, 2009 12:22
