I am having the same problem consistently with business clients in ver 2. I actually sat on the phone while a client put his email address in and waited for 10 minutes with a response and then had to add a personal email in order to make this work. I get this report back all the time. Again this morning at another meeting, same story to hard to get in. Hey folks what is going on. this effects my business directly. This creates great uncertainty about your product. If people have a bad experience first up then you big trouble.

The new log in is beyond what is prper to print!!!!! I hate it and I will reconsider using this with my class if they make changes every few week! I pay almost $100 a semester for this service and now it abosolutely is frustrating- No thats PB obviously you don't understand routines of learners-
