    Bugzilla stinks. Why not just use this forum?
    So I've noticed several places in this forum where end-users have reported problems, and the response from Miro is simply, "Please file a bug in our bugzilla system." I think this makes sense for Miro developers, and people hoping to become Miro developers.

    But when ordinary end-users have already taken the time to write up a detailed bug report in this forum, it's kind of silly to ask them to create an account in Bugzilla and do it all over again over there. I imagine most of them will not bother to take the time. I didn't. Maybe I will later. But my past experiences with Bugzilla amounted to spending a lot of time fiddling with a clunky interface, so I'm not exactly excited about doing it again.

    If the only way to get real support is to start with Bugzilla, maybe you could post something to that effect on this forum, so people would know not to waste their time posting problems here.

    Miro_Downloader.exe crashes
    Everything was working fine with Miro 2.0 on Vista for a few days, but now on startup it crashes with a popup window that reads:
    "Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
    Runtime error:
    Program {path}\Miro_Downloader.exe

    This application has requested the runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information."

    Then the Miro window locks up, and when I close the window I get the
    Miro.exe has stopped working" and here is the available info from that:
