Try Vmware fusion 2 beta, and then use unity, and just run the couple windows/microsoft apps that you might want with unity (seamless desktop/application software).

(I'm in OS X 10.5.4 right now)

Works fine for me on a Mac (hackintosh) with Vmware fusion 2 beta.

Works on Ubuntu as well, in a VM with Directx enabled.

Can you tell, I like all three OS's.
