    Alison, Thank you for your quick response. I never received an e-mail about the problem being fixed. I have been looking for it everyday since then. Is it possible for you to just re-issue me a 25%off coupon code or what could we do?

    The "Order" button doesn't work???
    I reported a problem about 3 weeks ago, but got no response. I had a coupon and I applied it at the end of my order, then the "Order It" button didn't work when I pushed it. I was on the final step and it wouldn't go past that. Every other button (ie: Make changes) worked on that page, but the "Order" button wouldn't click and I couldn't complete my order. I immediately e-mailed the help desk (directly from that page clicking on the help button at the top) and got no response. I tried it several times and it still wouldn't work. I never got a response and my coupon expired.

    This book is very important. It's our family's yearbook for 2008. Being that it's for a year, it has a lot of pages and is expensive. I really need that discount in these really tough economic and currently unemployed.

    Can some one please contact me about this? Thank you.

    Change photos to Black & White of Sepia. And also be able to lighted pictures that may be a bit dark.

    Use your own photos as BACKGROUNDS!!!
    Pictures as Backgrounds!!! I used to use another product that had that feature. But wasn't happy with the price, quality and inability to customize layouts. I will never use them again. But if I could use my own photo as a background, that would be great!! If you could just drop the photo into the background of the page and not have to re size the photo and bring the other photo boxes forward.
