How do I add a caregiver to BlueSkyI am trying to add a caregiver but I don't remember what is the basic information I need.

Great Question! This answer can be used to change any users Username and/or Password
Login to BlueSky and go to Company User.
Choose on the User that you would like to change
Once you do that the Screen will open with all of their information.
Click on the big blue button that says UserID/Password
Add in a new Username and/or Password
Click Okay
Then Click Save - this is the most important step that people forget :)

We noticed that it is doing this same thing on another Wanda Choate shift for 8/24...
We noticed that if we click on the "ok" button for the pop ups that it gives us the blue screen but if we click on the X to close that box that we don't get a blue screen..
Just some food for thought.

We don't have it fully automated. This fee must be entered into Other Payments for facility with pay amount = 0.00 and bill amount = 60,000*0.15 = $9,000. Call me if you don't understand this and I can walk you thru it.

Hey Everyone - this is not pulling the correct information and I think it is because the dates have expired in the GSA Limits area. Can someone please update this so Cynthia Calc can be saved?
She has $44.50 and should be able to put up to $49 in without problems.

Can I change our invoice numbers?You can make your invoice numbers sequential. To do that go to Admin/Company Setup. Select Company level. Click Edit and go to Billing Info section. Select radiobutton "By Sequential Number" and set Number to start with. After that your invoices will be numbered sequentially. Notice: if you already ran invoices for current week the numbers will remain unless you rollback invoices.

When NurseTesting does an update, sometimes you will have to relink the Checklists in the system, thus the reason why they are showing up blank in a Caregiver's Profile.
To check and fix this go to:
Admin ---> Setup ---> Specialties
Filter to CNA (or what ever degree type that the checklists are not showing up for). As you see the profile checklists are not updated.
Click on CNA - Certfited Nursing Assistant (General Specialty)
The Pop-up Open and you will need to choose the General Specialty from the drop down and then the correct Profile Checklist.
Once that is complete, you can update each Specialty in the same manner.
