getting the rss feed url?

When I am on a page that has the rss icon in orange,I know there is an rss feed.But if there is no rss button to 'copy link location' to get the url of the rss feed to use,how do i get this url?When I click on the orange button,or on the feedly icon,it takes me into sumitting it to feedly,but I cannot seem to find the url anywhere?

help with saving bookmarks

I cannot access flock at the moment and would like to save my bookmarks before un/re installing.
I found a folder named profile and in that folder I see
but the icon style im not familiar with.however when i double click on it in my desktop where i saved it,it will open in firefox but all i see is this



I dont know what that means?where are my actual bookmarks?any help with this is appreciated.thanks

Flock error,wont open,says to close though its already closed!

Browser is already running, but is not responding. To open a new window, you must first close the existing Browser process, or restart your system.

The other threads regarding this error have not helped me.Im at a loss here!Help please!
