I've been on the fence about how we're preventing deletion in this way. I think we either need to not show a delete button if it's not possible to delete, or we need to loosen the restrictions. If anyone feels a particular way about it, or has a better idea, please add it as an idea on this site for discussion and voting.-

I'm very sorry about this. Our intention was to make Scrum'd more usable, not less.
We did not come across these bugs when testing so thanks for letting us know about them. We will do everything we can to get these bugs fixed promptly. What browser version and operating system are you using?
You're right the UI updates were pushed before the help was updated and that was our fault as well. This should be fixed tonight.
I agree that not being able to add tasks before a sprint starts is annoying and we will take that into consideration.
Also let me know if your trial is about to expire. You should not have to pay for an app that is causing this many problems for you.-

Address Verification adjustedIt looks like the remainder of our billing issues have come down to non-US credit cards being turned down for failed address verification, even when the address was valid. We've adjusted those settings in our payment gateway and don't expect this to be an issue anymore.
Thanks again for your patience as we continue to iron all this out. If anyone still experiences a problem entering billing information, please let us know by submitting an issue here, or emailing support@adsdevshop.com

Free month of Scrum'dUnfortunately, we are still experiencing problems with our payment gateway rejecting some valid international credit cards, causing people to be locked out of Scrum'd with no way back in until we are able to manually extend their billing period.
We are very sorry for this and rather than let people continue to get locked out until we can address it on a case-by-case basis, we have extended every Scrum'd user's billing renewal date by one month while we fix this once and for all. If you are currently in a trial, you will get an extra month to evaluate our service. If you are currently a paying customer, you get one month for free.
This issue is our top priority. Thank you for bearing with us while we continue to address it.

Very sorry for that. You should be back in now. We've given you 2 free months while we continue to debug these issues. Again, sorry for the inconvenience. – Justin Blake, on October 16, 2009 15:29
