Billing issues should now be resolved. There was a bug that was fixed after this question was asked, and more recently we've adjusted some settings that were causing others to experience problems.

Address Verification adjusted

It looks like the remainder of our billing issues have come down to non-US credit cards being turned down for failed address verification, even when the address was valid. We've adjusted those settings in our payment gateway and don't expect this to be an issue anymore.

Free month of Scrum'd

Unfortunately, we are still experiencing problems with our payment gateway rejecting some valid international credit cards, causing people to be locked out of Scrum'd with no way back in until we are able to manually extend their billing period.

We are very sorry for this and rather than let people continue to get locked out until we can address it on a case-by-case basis, we have extended every Scrum'd user's billing renewal date by one month while we fix this once and for all. If you are currently in a trial, you will get an extra month to evaluate our service. If you are currently a paying customer, you get one month for free.

This issue is our top priority. Thank you for bearing with us while we continue to address it.
