I've been on the fence about how we're preventing deletion in this way. I think we either need to not show a delete button if it's not possible to delete, or we need to loosen the restrictions. If anyone feels a particular way about it, or has a better idea, please add it as an idea on this site for discussion and voting.

I'm very sorry about this. Our intention was to make Scrum'd more usable, not less.

We did not come across these bugs when testing so thanks for letting us know about them. We will do everything we can to get these bugs fixed promptly. What browser version and operating system are you using?

You're right the UI updates were pushed before the help was updated and that was our fault as well. This should be fixed tonight.

I agree that not being able to add tasks before a sprint starts is annoying and we will take that into consideration.

Also let me know if your trial is about to expire. You should not have to pay for an app that is causing this many problems for you.

Billing issues should now be resolved. There was a bug that was fixed after this question was asked, and more recently we've adjusted some settings that were causing others to experience problems.
