Again, we are very sorry to all of our international customers for the problems we are experiencing with our payment gateway. We are frustrated as well and fixing this is our top priority. Now that I have your subdomain I can extend your payment date so you can get back into scrum'd while we continue to work on this. I'll reply again in a few minutes when that is done.

It looks like the issue for the sprint burndown chart is that it's using the date that the sprint was actually started (when you actually click "start") rather than the specified start date of the sprint. I am changing this.
For the release burndown chart, it's using the date that the release was created as the first date. I will change this to use the specified start date of the first sprint in the release.
