It looks like the issue here was confusion about roles, stories, and tasks. If all stories in a sprint are not closed, the sprint cannot be closed, even if all tasks in those stories are closed.

I agree we need to find a better way to make it clear what each user's role is and who can do what. I'm not sure if showing all buttons is the best option, but we're definitely looking into this. Chris, only the "Product Owner" can close User Stories. Whoever is assigned to the project as a Product Owner should see a "Close" button next to the story. Once all stories are closed, you should be able to close the sprint. – Justin Blake, on May 13, 2009 12:10

Hi Victor,

The system shouldn't have a problem with the address as you've entered it in the screenshot. I did notice that the CVV field was blank, and that may be the cause, as this is required.

We've fixed the formatting and made sure proper error messages are being displayed if and when the form fails. So if you try again, you should get a much more helpful message.

Let us know if you still have trouble after that.

We've implemented a confirmation popup that warns there is no way to re-open a closed story.

If you feel it would be better to allow re-opening stories, please add it as an idea for discussion and voting.

We've implemented very basic formatting for now. Line breaks and paragraphs are handled, and full URLs are converted into links. I've opened an idea for voting on Markdown formatting here.

Can you try this again, double-checking that the credit card number and address you entered is valid? It looks like the system is not properly displaying a helpful error message if either of this is invalid, and will simply reload the form as you're seeing it there. We're working on a fix for this.
