Justin Rasmussen reported a problem in Apple on June 04, 2009 20:20:

    AppleCare broke my Macbook
I sent my Macbook in to have the optical drive repaired, Apple called me, told my display was damaged and it would be close to $800 to repair it. I told them I didn't have a damaged display, after arguing back and forth about how my display wasn't damaged I told them to send it back.

Once I received it, the display was in fact damaged, horribly. I called Apple they said tough luck, not their fault, they'd being willing to pay 50%. They asked if I had proof, I told them why would I take pictures of my computer's display when I was sending it in to have the optical drive replaced under AppleCare. Please help, very frustrated.

    iPhone App in the works?
Is there an iphone app in the works? It would help to be able to filter through items while on the go.

I'm getting the same issue, I'm sending out links from one of my clients' accounts and I'm getting DMs back saying that they cannot open the links. And I can't hope that my client's customers will have the right ISP or firewall settings just for a link to open. I have had no compliant when using tinyurl.com, bit.ly, snurl.com or any of the other services. I have been attempting to move my clients over to HootSuite but links and link tracking are a very big deal to me and my clients.
