I still think QIK has to push the issue, Kyte just released a similar app in the app store. The iphone never officially supported video, so the lack of Qik was never an issue. Now that it does, people want it and if Apple denies it this time I believe there will be an outcry.

It never worked. I do have an account and yes my phone is jailbroken. So you know, I've never had a problem like this with any app and I've always been jailbroken. Thanks for the response.
