 Justin reported a problem in Ping.fm on July 28, 2009 11:54:

My Media images not available. p.ping.fm does not resolve.

While viewing the "My Media" page, none of my images are displaying.

When trying to view one of the thumbnails Safari reports server cannot be found.

Performing a host p.ping.fm results in a: Host p.ping.fm not found: 2(SERVFAIL) from my house and when I SSH into site5 (website hosting provider).

I'm not seeing an option to setup ping.fm. Checked Settings => Tweetie and scanned all the options

Noticed I wasn't getting any FB updates. Returned to the app page (http://apps.facebook.com/socialthing/) and this error was displayed:

Not useing an email+plurk@gmail account... but plurk still requests me to validate. I know I validated about two months ago.

Thanks for the reminder about IRC. The question would be if ping.fm uses a str_replace code or DB store that replaces the @xx to the associated service.
