How can I export my iphones calendar to google?I have a challenge in that my iphones calendar will not sync to Outlook. In fact neither will the notes or contacts. I'm thinking of just junking outlook and working online with google apps which I use for mail anyway. The new exchange function will provide all the services I need.
My challenge is how do I get my iphones calendar onto google calendar when I cannot get it onto a pc to upload? I have reset the sync record in iTunes and nothing syncs.
Any thoughts much appreciated!

Hi Tim
All of our contacts have a unique ID tag which might be the best way for the system to identify and know whether it is a new or existing entry.
The online system that did the Gmail import was www.lessaccounting.com . The sync feature is pretty cool. The limitation with them is it doesn't currently sync with Google Apps, just the normal individual accounts.
Hope this helps.

Thanks that is very helpful. I would want to be notified if a payment had failed so that I could find out from the donor if there is a problem we can help with. As you say they are under no obligation to pay, hence why I would not want to send them invoice, which also feels a bit strange to do as well.
With the 'recurring invoices' once set up, do they automatically get sent, or just stored? I'm just trying to get my head fully around how they work so that I can determine whether it will work well for us, or where I have to compromise!
Thanks

Regular donations via standing orderAs a charity we have regular standing orders that come in. I'm wondering whether it is best to just import the data on a monthly basis from the bank export, or whether I can set up something similar to the repeating invoices, but of course with out the invoices!
Any helpful comments appreciated.

Can I sync or update client data when importingI've imported my client info into the system ok. We use an external database for all our client data as it is part of our sales / tracking system. Is there a way, or could there be a way that when I import a exported csv file it that Clearbooks updates rather than duplicates its own client list?
I've seen one online accounts system that links through to gmail so that you can automatically import from there. We use Google Apps and that would be very advantageous.
