It sounds like you're having a problem with the MySpace music player, yes? We don't have any affiliation with them or that application, so I don't think we'd be able to help you resolve that problem. The question posed above was in regards to our Songza embedded player.

It's probably best to keep contacting MySpace's support group to help resolve the difficulty that you're reporting.

Ever since the 27th of June, I have been having problems with the music player on my page. The first signs of the problem was when my "Daily Plays", and "Daily Downloads" just stopped reseting back to zero every morning. The numbers just increase. Then in a few days time, my player stopped recording the right amount of plays I was recieving. For example if I recieved around 50 plays, it would only increase it by 1 or 2 plays. After all these problems I decided to remove everything of my profile including HTML, and even removed a few suspicious comments and friends that I thought could be spam bots. Even after all that, nothing had worked. I then decided to remove my music player, and leave my page completely blank for a few days, but even that did not work. I now can't even upload my music player. When I upload songs, the player does not show up on my page. Please can you help me resolve this issue. It is very stressful, and time consuming. I have messaged MySpace a few times already, but I have recieved no help at all. Please get back to me, thank you.

I'm not sure of any problems specifically related to MySpace, but it's definitely possible. Truthfully, our embed player is need of an overhaul -- that's something we're currently working on. Still, I'd like to help solve this problem for you. If possible, please post a link to your MySpace page, and I'll take a look.
