Just wanted to confirm I received both my book in a timely fashion, and fantastic, personal service from Lou. And I strongly recommend the book as well.
And my apologies for Lou for not updating this topic sooner...we always seem to forget take the time to thank people when things go right. Thanks Lou!
This website is a great idea...things are bound to go wrong from time to time, and this is a great way to rectify them in a reasonable fashion.-

Waiting for my book (1 month has gone by)I ordered the Indi Young book on February 14, and received a confirmation email. Haven't yet received the book, however.
I've emailed customer service last week as per instructed in the confirmation email, but I've recieved no response and no information as to my order status. If there's been a delay in shipping due to stock, that would be fine, but it would be nice to be notified, or get a response from customer service as to my order status. Please advice - thank you.
