O darn, I thought I would come here and find one of those pop up boxes where you get to chat with an employee. What dream was I in, we are talking about face book here. My bad. Anyone feel me?

I used to like facebook, but I do not like the way they ignore everyone who needs help with it, and I do not like how easy it is for hackers to get into. If you look up hack facebook on Google it shows several ways, so you stuff is never private, even when you make it private. Aside from having my accounts kidnapped 3 times and facebook doing nothing, i guess they are " caring" group of individuals. Yeah....anyway, good luck. I am looking for new social networks right now. I am to worried to go back to facebook and start yet another account, for fear it will be hacked into yet again.

The only thing you can do is find another more secure and more understanding social network site. One with EMPLOYEES to help. When I find a good one I will be back to post it and give it props. I am not going away, facebook treats people like nothing.

Face Book never needs a reason to disable your account. They just do. And watch out for the hackers, they get into Face Book very easily and can get your information and everyone elses. I know this because it happened to me 3 times and they have done nothing. Good luck getting help. Sorry.

Where is the 1 Facebook employee that is "ready to listen and respond"? It seems Thor is helping more then anyone and he does not work for face book. I want to know why Face Book allows applications if they disactivate your page for using them? Hello, give me a break.

They probably disabled his accout from the name, they probably thought it was a nickname, or it could be that he sneezed. Face Book will disactivate your account because you farted in 1980. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Face Book could care less.

I do not think face book has tech support, although they say they do. I am going to find a new and better social network and when I do I will be back to post it here so everyone can stop dealing with the facebook garbadge.

I am sorry you are grieving and that Face Book is treating you this way. I started an idea about everyone trying to find a new and better social network that punishes hackers of their site and has customer service. I don't know where to go yet but I am going somewhere else. I have had pages there hacked into 3 times. All I can say is Face Book sucks, and we need to move. There are lots of other social networking sites. When everyone leaves Face Book, they will be begging us to LET them reactivate our accounts and do something about the face book hackers and spammers. Again, I am very sorry for your loss.

Here is my idea. Instead of us begging face book to give us our accounts back, lets all move to another better social networking site, that helps people and is more secure. Lets move to one that punishes the hackers of our pages and answers our questions. Let move, but first lets talk about the best place to go. Where is the best social network? (not my space, they have the same issues)

I don't know about that, although I do have problems with the new Face Book getting hacked into and losing control of it and someone getting all my info. Maybe we should find another social network and have our friends and family go with. A more secure one, one that works.

I have had 3 seperate face book accounts, (Had to make new ones, old ones kept getting hacked) I have lost control of my accounts and face book is doing nothing to help. I guess whoever it is will just get to keep it again. I want help, or I am getting everyone I know to go elsewhere because their stuff will get hacked too and no one will help.

I have the exact same problem and I am very mad. No one at face book responds. They just accept our profile, then, if we have problems we are just screwed. Sorry, I don't know how to help you, they won't help me either.

I am sorry I cannot answer you but my face book page has been hacked into 3 times under 3 accounts. I am pissed. I cannot get into it and no one will help me either. I feel you. I am sick of making new profiles and readding friends. Face Book sucks.
