I have gotten the account I was having problems with setup finally. It seems I had entered in the mobile number even though it says its not required. I didn't select a carrier though. I tried this morning to create the account without the mobile number and got the same error I had been getting previously. After I entered in the number without selecting a carrier it worked. What is weird is that I had another new user create an account 4 days ago without entering the mobile number and it worked. Maybe it was a combination of the data entered for this specific user?

I actually thought this was working but it is still happening. I was able to create one test account but now I am experiencing the same thing.
The user tried to use the link from the main page and tried to use a link from the invitation that was sent to him. Both methods return the same error. I have attempted this using the newest Firefox and IE8 with no joy.

Combining free and premium.I have several users with accounts that they use to access our group web computers. If I pay for premium services on my group web computers only will my users be able to take advantage of the secure SSL connection? I agree with a previous user about you pricing model. I can see paying per user not $10 per web computer. We can't afford to pay that every month. I also want to thank you for only giving us a week notice on this. More time would have been helpful.
