I have gotten the account I was having problems with setup finally. It seems I had entered in the mobile number even though it says its not required. I didn't select a carrier though. I tried this morning to create the account without the mobile number and got the same error I had been getting previously. After I entered in the number without selecting a carrier it worked. What is weird is that I had another new user create an account 4 days ago without entering the mobile number and it worked. Maybe it was a combination of the data entered for this specific user?

I actually thought this was working but it is still happening. I was able to create one test account but now I am experiencing the same thing.

The user tried to use the link from the main page and tried to use a link from the invitation that was sent to him. Both methods return the same error. I have attempted this using the newest Firefox and IE8 with no joy.

    Combining free and premium.
I have several users with accounts that they use to access our group web computers. If I pay for premium services on my group web computers only will my users be able to take advantage of the secure SSL connection? I agree with a previous user about you pricing model. I can see paying per user not $10 per web computer. We can't afford to pay that every month. I also want to thank you for only giving us a week notice on this. More time would have been helpful.
