Hi Kate,

Right now we wait for the contest owner to verify the random winner before announcing anything. We don't want to pick a random winner who may later be disqualified (not filling out the question correctly, etc.) since it's problematic for entrants to see a winner and have it retracted later.

If you click the contest details, you'll see "Step 3 -- select winners" where you can click a button to select the winner. If they qualify, you can then click to send them a winner notification email.

It's a tradeoff between having everything be automatic (picking and announcing winners) and letting the contest owner have control in case an entry isn't qualified. That said, we're always looking for ways to make this easier!

Some sites don't allow external widgets to be embedded; in this case you may have to link your hosted page. If we know the site we can get a better idea of what the issue may be.

Hi Mariah, you can select winners on the contest entries page. If you chose a random giveaway, there will be a button to "Pick Random Winners".

If you are choosing winners, you can select the prize from the dropdown next to each ticket. Once a ticket has been picked as a winner, it becomes green.

Thanks for the feedback! I noticed the problem (some of the contest listing pages were getting stale) and just fixed it up. The page should show the latest contests now.

Hi there, thanks for the question. Right now we don't have a way to generate 30 copies of the same prize, but we're taking that as a feature request to build in.

Currently, if you create 1 prize the form remains with the same information, so you can easily click again to add the same one. Thanks for the suggestion!
