Hmm, a calendar function? That is something for us to think about. And, I also think we need a better way for users to follow (reminder request as you say) and more tools for employees to help them keep track of all their conversations. These are good ideas, and thanks for sharing them. We'll have a few new things to show you very soon which hopefully will address some of your points. -

calendarI think it should be a little more user friendly... I click on my account and it has change preference info. I think the main "home" page should have a simple calendar, a submit reminder request bar (at the top) then links to discussion, ect. on the side. Other than that, really cool setup! -
