Well, we discovered the problem was caused because you had a single quote ' in the name of your mp3 file that you uploaded. We don't seem to handle that very well. We'll do our best to fix that and in the meantime try renaming your mp3 file and removing any "special characters" from the filename. Sorry about that

I saved my ad on my edit page and everything disappeared. I just uploaded my own soundtrack and chose it and clicked Save. (Reported by a Glitzr user)

There is currently an issue that requires you have at least two photos in your Glitzr Ad. We should make that more clear on the website. Sorry about that, we'll work on fixing that issue.

To fix it try adding a photo by Editing your Glitzr and then clicking Add Photos...
