I find it ironic that there is a charter ad on the page for complaints.

Not exactly. I got my statements sent them in and never received the rebates! When I signed up I knew I was moving and knew where I was moving to and asked if they provide service here and they said yes. Then when I moved they said oh no we don't (after spending hours on the phone and talking to 6 different people-and going without internet for a week which is detrimental to my job). I would not have invested the 300 dollars if I knew I couldn't take it with me. I now know they do provide service here the person that lived before me had it and the neighbor said he had a while back. When I try to call on the rebates they have no idea. I have copies of everything I sent in!
