Southwest made us use two of our frequent flyer tickets for each ticket that we bought. They said that, at the time that we needed to fly, they didn't have any seats that one frequent flyer ticket could be exchanged for, but they had seats that two frequent flyer tickets per ticket could be exchanged for. This makes no sense. I think this is their way of using a blackout date system without calling it that. I am changing my frequent flyer to American. At least they are honest about their blackout dates.

Cheap Tickets does not honor their tickets with a lower price if the price goes down after you buy them like Travelocity does. My tickets have gone down to almost half what I paid for them. Cheap Tickets will only allow me to change the tickets if I pay a $200 fee per ticket, which would make the change pointless, as that is the difference in the price of the tickets from the time I bought them to now. I would not ever recommend Cheap Tickets to anyone or use them again.
