Karen Shaheen's dashboard

This has been going on for weeks now. I set up an account for the company I work for and I can not find them in the Find People search. I have sent in a tech request and got a stock answer email back not really helping me. I have been to Known Issues and read everything I can about the problem. I have found the issue was reported as fixed but it still persists?? I have followed all the instructions for new accounts: have to have followers, have to tweet, have to wait 24-48 hours. Done all that and still nothing! This is quite frustrating and it seems no one at Twitter want to address the issue. You would think this would be an important issue if people can't find others, what is the point of using Twitter?
