Another small issue with this bag is that the handle has become frayed by the velcro on the back compartment. The handle naturally falls into the back compartment when I open the bag to remove the laptop. The handle sticks to the scratchy part of the velcro - if the velcro was turned around this would not happen. It is a bit of a nuisance on a bag that has been so thoughtfully designed.

I wish the laptop commute had a place for the power cord - perhaps one of the water bottle holders could be replaced with a space for the average cord and power supply rectangle - with a velcro closure.
