google wave extensiondon't know if it's too early to even start thinking about it, but it seems that google wave is very likely to become world's biggest chat room/im and i think many would like to have a jukebox that would enable them to listen to the same music at the same with the friends they're chatting with.

that's the problem, i can't register for the vip service...
i don't know if it's because of the name of the country, that's the only thing that's obviously wrong. some online retailers don't deliver to serbia (so they don't take payments from here), but that's when you're buying an actual object which needs to be delivered to your p-mail address in a box. but, so far, i had no problems paying for the online services. (and credit card is the only option since pay-pal is illegal in my country)...

A comment on the question "Can I delete my account?" in Grooveshark:
you didn't get me right. i mean, if you are legaly responsible for the stuff you upload, you should be able to delete it. – karl3, on May 24, 2009 22:01

hey, opera mini browser now supports flash (on some mobiles, and numbers are growing). if you make a smaller ui, ppl could listen to grooveshark on their mobiles via web browser. (btw, it would be nice to have a just bit smaller version of grooveshark lite for netbooks as well).
@ iphone
maybe it's a killer now, but it's future doesn't seem so bright. apple is about to become convicted for anti-competitive behavior in europe, and we (westerners) really suck at technology. my hood in belgrade is rapidly turning into a china town, and you wouldn't believe the stuff i'm seeing here - let's just say they already have iphone-sized touchcreen phones with freaking built-in projectors! i'm quite sure my next phone will be chinese...

james hartig: „uploaded songs aren't actually yours“
grooveshark's terms of sevice, uploaded content section: „User Content shall not be ... infringing of intellectual property rights ... You are solely responsible for any necessary payments that may become due to any third parties as the result of your posting of or linking to the User Content and EMG’s use thereof“.

thnx boxmonkey :)
and steve, try making playlists. then all the songs you might wanna use for setting your mood will be just few clicks away. i actually love it in a sadistic way - i've always wanted to make playlist, but i was too lazy to that :P
the best thing about autoplay is that it's (probably) oriented towards songs, not towards the artists or genres (since genre tags are ~60% incorrect). that way it gives you far more interesting ride than other sites, even though it occasionally makes spectacular "mistakes".

even when you are able delete it, there's no use. many have tried that kind of revenge on last.fm, but nobody accomplished anything more than removing their profile page - all the data they contributed (statistics, uploaded songs, photos, videos, lyrics, wiki entries...) remained on the site.
there isn't a single commercial site on the net that offers fair account deletion option. it's lame.

i'm not sure exactly how it works, but i'm under the impression that faces are are per each session alone. it works well if you add ~5 songs (or more) and "face" them. this is awesome when your not to lazy, since you're able to determine your exact mood (last.fm's often right songs at the wrong time), but i often wish i could just hit the autoplay.
either way, there should be an option to permanently ban tracks or artists. it's really frustrating - regardless of how many times i disliked the band, "no doubt" keeps coming back... i really don't know how since i don't listen to anything that's even remotely close to no doubt %)-

sorry to disappoint you, but you're waisting your time with apple. your ultimate goal is to sell music, and apple doesn't want you competing with its own offerings - you don't have a slightest chance of getting your app approved. see it for yourself: http://technologizer.com/2008/09/13/a...
apple is evil.
