Thanks for helping me troubleshoot this. If it's helpful, we could chat on google chat, I am adding my account to my profile. Also, it still looks like things aren't working. For example, my feed http://www.nytimes.com/services/xml/r... has items from the last hour, but I haven't gotten any alerts. One other question -- on the keyword filters -- are those treated as AND or OR. Meaning if I put 3 words in separated by commas, will it alert me if ANY of the 3 are present? – Karl, on February 13, 2009 18:15

I configured Notify.me to send me email alerts for certain events. I verified my SMS phone number just fine and received a couple, but I am no longer receiving them. I do get email alerts, but just not the SMS ones. Can you help? Thanks.

Dave, thanks. One thing I noticed is that our feed also just has the image embedded in the description. Once I fix the problem you identified, will the widgetbox widget even recognize the image and display it in the feed widget with each post? If not, is there some other place I need to put it? I have created a widget using a RSS feed and can't get the thumbnails to display next to each post title. I'm using a feedburner feed that has images, but they don't show up in the widget.
