Enabled email scanning on Vipre Enterprise policies, now I can't view any of the message headers in Outlook...Initially had problems with our Outlook email when I first installed Vipre Enterprise. I am now trying to turn the email scanning back on in some of our policies. I used to be able to right click on a messagein Outlook (7), go to message options and view the entire message (including headers, etc.) Since I have turned email scanning back on, all that it shows in my header information is X-Vipre-Scanned, followed by a series of numbers. Why did it do that? Why can I no longer view the complete header info?

Computer won't reboot properly after console advised reboot!Vipre Console advised client reboot - now computer does a "partial reboot" and hangs on client's desktop background with no icons, start menu, or taskbar. I had to boot into and "start windows normally" to get it to load properly. Any ideas on what would have caused this or what I can do to fix the issue?

User getting Rundll error at startup after win32.zbot.gen trojan was removedUser getting Rundll error at startup after win32.zbot.gen trojan was removed - how do I fix this error?
Specifically, the error states "Error loading dll32 - specified module could not be found".
I used the Windows XP install disc with sfc /scannow, in an effort to get the dll's copied back into the system32 folder....yet the error remains upon reboot. Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Why is Vipre scanning my emails when I have that function disabled?Sorry about the multiple posts today, but I have several issues going on here, and this seems like one of the best ways to get answers. We began having multiple email problems after I initially deployed Vipre Enterprise. (We run Outlook, Outlook Express, and a few employees run Thunderbird). We had so many problems, in fact, that we decided we would be best served by turning off the email scanning function. (We have a perimeter firewall {Watchguard} that has email scanning already enabled). Well, this seems to have stopped the Outlook problems, but the Thunderbird users sometimes have trouble sending, opening attachments, etc. When I examined the contents of one particular email received this morning via Thunderbird, I noticed that the very top of the message contents had a line that showed Vipre had scanned it, (along with Watchguard at the message end). Why would Vipre be continuing to check email when I have this disabled on all of my policies?

Wondering about browser plug-in threats....What action is advised for browser plug-ins that are moderate & elevated risk? We currently have them set to report only, but I'm wondering if that's a good idea.....any thoughts? (using Vipre Enterprise)

Where do we install a "build"?! (to fix Thunderbird issues)I found a new build to correct the issue of Thunderbird running slow (found in the knowledge database). I feel like a real newbie having to ask this, but the directions are incredibly vague. Do I run the build on the Vipre server or on the computer having Thunderbird issues?! I'm running Vipre Enterprise.

Help - Vipre is showing agent shutdown on the server machineWe just installed Vipre Enterprise a couple weeks ago and now, inside the Vipre server console, it shows that the computer acting as the Vipre server has a status of "agent shutdown". I did not initiate this! I closed down the console and restarted it, but the status of "agent shutdown" still remains. What do I need to do to correct this? Also, it looks like we have an old version. If I install the new version, am I going to lose all my policies and configurations?
