I was wrong in stating that the problem was caused by the RSS library,
The problem actually resides with the parsing of the URL. In your example the "feed" protocol as well as the query argument "sort=recently_created" triggers this error.
Subscribing to http://getsatisfaction.com/headinsky/... should work.
I'm sorry if that means you can't use telegraph. I'll add this bug to our list for a future update.

According to http://www.toggl.com/public/widgets Toggl Desktop is discontinued and there is no version of Toggl Desktop for OSX? – Kasper Garnæs, on September 09, 2009 07:30-

Kasper Garnæs replied on July 04, 2009 06:28 to the question "Fogbugz integration" in head in sky:
Hi Roger,
I apologize for the late response. I think the problem is the way you add username and password to the URL.
The Fogbugz' help section about RSS explains that you have to add your email and password as query parameters to the URL like this:
https://headinsky.fogbugz.com/default...&sEmail=email&sPassword=password.
I hope this helps!
Kasper Garnæs replied on March 04, 2009 20:42 to the problem "An Error Occured - cannot receive categories from my basecamp" in head in sky:
The problem isn't caused by archived projects. We have archived projects on our own account and telegraph signup works fine there.
I didn't mean to suggest that deleting all message categories would solve the problem rather that the problem might arise if the project had no message categories.
If you have ensured that API access is allowed (under the Account Upgrade/Billing tab on your Basecamp main page), I'm afraid that there's little else I can do to help you.
A comment on the problem "An Error Occured - cannot receive categories from my basecamp" in head in sky:
Benson, we're not any closer to solving this issue. I've posted the question on the 37signals Basecamp API forum but noone has replied yet.
I'm wondering whether there are any other unusual circumstances that might cause this error. Are there actually any message categories associated with the given project? – Kasper Garnæs, on February 28, 2009 15:15
A comment on the problem "An Error Occured - cannot receive categories from my basecamp" in head in sky:
No - Basecamp doesn't support access restrictions on message categories.
We'll investigate the problem and get back to you. – Kasper Garnæs, on February 26, 2009 15:14
Kasper Garnæs replied on February 26, 2009 12:57 to the problem "An Error Occured - cannot receive categories from my basecamp" in head in sky:
Good question, Benson. We'll have to work on making telegraphs error messages more meaningful.
I've checked our logs and it seems like telegraph is not allowed to access the message categories for the selected project via the provided user account.
In more technical terms the Basecamp API returns a 403 (Forbidden) status code.
Can you check whether the user account has access to the project?
