I read on Spotify that Spotify Free is available only in some countries, while Spotify Premium is available in most West-European countries.

I read on this web that a customer managed to subscribe to Premium from Luxembourg.
Well, I live in Luxembourg and my ISP is correctly identified as being here but Spotify says Luxembourg is not a "blessed" country, nor Germany (work place).

Could somebody tell me whether Luxembourg is or isn't in the "chosen" list? Or any other Western European country still not in that list?
