If you're still working on PBwiki 1.0, then the siteMap function in the Widget Library will do exactly what you're looking for. (Click the "Recent Activity" tab for an example.)

Has there been any movement on this idea?
I have recently begun using pbwiki with my students - and they are going wild! The pages they are creating and organizing are great - but I can't keep up. A Global wiki ToC would be very helpful.
Any ideas?
