Can't unfollow deleted users

Some spammers I accidentally followed have been deleted by Twitter, but they're still listed as users I'm following. I can't unfollow them as I get redirected to "This page doesn't exist". Strangely, API calls won't show them as followees, yet they're listed in my twitter stats on the web and on my "friends" pages. How do I get rid of them?
